Returns
and Refunds
We
hope you will be delighted and satisfied with every
purchase from Systel Printing. If for some reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that
you contact us immediately to make necessary arrangements
for its return. You must return the item within
15 days of its receipt to be eligible for a return,
exchange (if applicable) or credit.
If
you are returning a purchase, please call us at 1.336.808.8000
or e-mail us at production@systelprinting.com , Monday
through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST. You will be responsible
for the return shipping costs; and, we ask that you
return the item in the original packaging materials
and ship by way of UPS, FedEx or the delivery service
used in shipping the item to you.
Items
Damaged in Transit
If
your package appears damaged-- or if, upon opening
it, you find that the item(s) has been damaged, call
us immediately at 1.336.808.8000. We will arrange
to have it picked up if delivered by UPS. Please do
not discard the original packaging materials.
You will not be charged for returning a damaged item,
and a replacement (if available) will be shipped at
no charge to you. If the item is one-of-a-kind, a
suitable arrangement will be made when you call. |
